A new form of government emerged for Winter Camp XIV when Lou Pezet reigned as "Guru Lou". Joined at the helm by Infinite Wisdom Mike Osvath and minors Dave Woods and Ricky Greenwell, Lou presided as religious leader of the 1990 encampment.
