During the space-themed Winter Camp XLIII, this meal brought back the new favorite of smoked salmon in the setting appropriate to a space capsule's splashdown. The salmon was joined by Rosemary Roasted Potatoes, Tossed Salad, milk, and apple pies baked in the James E. West cabin.
