Part of the Around the World in a Weekette theme of Winter Camp XXIX was to be a reconfigured version of Cross-Country Golf. The traditional one-hole course was redesigned to run from the Beaver Creek Skills building to Old Baldy and thus to be appropriately Tibetan. For uncertain reasons, the actual golf match was contested over the usual course.
