This one-shot Winter Camp XXI newspaper was published by Paul Kupser under the auspices of the Winter Camp Society for the Existence of Aliens (WC2). In it, a host of reasons were presented in an attempt to explain that alien infiltration was commonplace. The Belmont Bugle devoted two editions to a response attacking these claims.
