One of the 3 nations competing at the Winter Camp XLII Olympics, this nation owned southern Australia (since the whole region is upside down, north is south and south is north). The PDCRNA was led by the godly and glorious supreme leader Carlos Acosta, who enjoys universal praise (under punishment of death for disagreement) from all of his subjects. The people of the PDCRNA believe that the Olympics will show the world that they are not the repressive dictatorial failure of a state that threatens all reporters (including this one) with pain of death. The flag of the PDRCNA is black and red with reporters creating those flags in the hot prisons of the outback as punishment for their negative reporting. The PDRCNA leadership brooked no opposition from its subjects, threatening dissenters with banishment to the mysterious "Gulag".
