Current Entry: Crew Competition
Winter Camp XLIII's Crew Competition was a three-part challenge conducted in the three yurts at Forester Campsite.
- Escape Room. Organized by Matt Grimble. Each crew designated a captain, shapeshifter, and engineer. They were given a box full of clues and have to figure out a password and identify the shapeshifter. There was a 15 minute time limit. The shapeshifter is supposed to sabotage the crew. Once the team identifies him, he leaves the game. Matt gave clues throughout the 15 minutes. The crews could ask for more clues and lose time by doing so.
- Genius Night. Crews had to build a model space arm and describe it's functions. They were graded based on functionality and looks.
- Lego Buiding. Crews divided up into teams of describers and builders. The two sub-teams were not allowed to look at each other. The describers described the construction of an object made of about 15 Lego bricks. The building team got a set of those 15 bricks and several more and were challenged to build the object being described.
