The Goons moved from their traditional lair at Clearwater up to High Point when Winter Camp XXIV became the first to use three cabins, and the new denizens of Clearwater were dubbed the "Gumps" for no immediately discernible reason. Paul Kupser is generally acknowledged as the founder of the Gumps; other stalwarts include Ryan Brake and Robert Klabis.
