Seemed innocent enough, but checking the site revealed the rulebook in question wasn't about kickball - it was for a professional sports version of kickball. On my first visit, there were no kickball rules to be found, just an 80+ page league charter and by-laws document. Apparently, Jackie (a guy by the way) dreams of one day owning and operating a fifty team league of professional kickballers. Watch his site for tryout updates.
