There is only one true Ordeal site. All others are imposters.

Which Winter Camp game traditionally includes teams based on Scout Rank and birth quarter?

Does anyone have any thoughts about changing question 6 on the history test? It states, "Which Winter Camp game starts at the Beaver Creek Skills building and ends at the Ordeal site?"
I submit that we should change it to "the former Ordeal" site. It's my understanding that the daytime ordeal ceremony is in a new location.

Is there a chapter meeting in this month? If so, can anyone share the details? I could probably make it.

Here's a note from the Lodge Chief:
I am writing to tell you about the free Order of the Arrow training event of the year, Lodge Leadership Development. On August 9th, 2014, Arrowmen from Noquet Lodge will have the opportunity to come together and learn valuable skills that make us better leaders. The training sessions will include tips on communication, planning, and decision making which will enable our lodge and chapters to function more efficiently!
There will be programing for all types of leaders ranging from Scouts who have just joined to Order of the Arrow to the most experience advisers. Please note, Arrowmen who actively hold a leadership or an advising position in either the lodge or a chapter are required to participate. However, all Arrowmen are encouraged to attend!
This gathering will also be a chance to go beyond practical skills. There will be ample time to make new friends, eat free food, and have a great time!!! Together we can discover what it takes to go from friends to Brothers as we bond through Brotherhood, Cheerfulness, and Service.
For more information regarding registration and location follow this link:
michiganscouting.org/Event.aspx?id=13559
I look forward to seeing you there,
Andrew Larkin

So last night we're watching Sister Wives. One of their daughters is dating and they had a talk with her and her girlfriend about the dangers of dating.
The father explained that when you kiss someone your hormones travel from your mouth to theirs. He asserted in an off-camera interview that science backed him up on htis.
Finally, someone else who understands the Secret Juices.

Old? If I'd had a kid the year I graduated high school, he would probably have graduated in 1997.

You should add an entry to the news page (wintercamp.com/ancient/wcfsrvs.htm) to note the site was resurrected ;)
I'm also feeling a bit old. Way back in 1997 is when I started high school... It doesn't seem that long ago.
